Zamora da Ferraria

Winner of a gold medal in the International Festival of Lusitano purebred, in 2006, Zamora da Ferraria is daughter of Xaquiro and of Lara, as well as Alfama. This horse has fantastic movements and an exceptional character.

Zaquira da Ferraria

Daughter of Xaquiro and Gata, Zaquira is a typical, expressive mare, with good movements and very strong morphologically.

Alfama da Ferraria

Daughter of Xaquiro and of Fada, he impressed the audience with its great functionality and elastic movements during the International Festival of Lusitano purebred, in Cascais, June, 2007. Alfama won a gold medal.

Vasquita
Vasquita, our oldest mare, born in 1979, is one of the most important animals from Quina’s bloodline. Quieto (Estribilho x Cigana) is her father and Quieta (Estribilho x Jogada) is her mother. Quinta da Ferraria has two daughters of Vasquita: Salema, bred my Miguel Cintra and daughter of Nautico (Neptuna x Ilha), and Vasquita, bred by Luís Meneses and daughter of Finório (Nilo x Quadrada II).

Ilha

Gold medal winner, Ilha was bred by Vasco Freire and has a total of 81 points. Her father is Dragão and her mother is Zita (Mistral x Ramona). This mare had two sons with great importance: Restelo and Vidago. She also left some daughters: Tavira, bred by Miguel Cintra, daughter of the stallion Gaio (Universo x Altiva) from the breeder Veiga, horse that gives excellent sons, and Xicoria, daughter of Finório and Ilha.

Salema

Salema is one of the most important daughters of Vasquita (Quieta x Quieto) presenting since their early years the evidence of how she can be one of the most important reproducers of Lusitano Horses, in a short time.
